Liam has over 10 years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial Finance, holding senior management and director positions in structured finance, pension finance and product development. Liam has advised on project financing, company pension structures and products, debt restructure, financial reviews, valuations and wealth management.

Having graduated with a BA (Hons) Finance from NUI Maynooth Liam is also a Qualified Financial Adviser and is currently working towards the Certified Financial Planner designation. Prior to establishing Glenigo Capital DAC, Liam was employed by Anglo Irish Bank in the dealing room as a Corporate Treasury Specialist until 2006.

Liam also worked for a leading Irish insurer as part of their Wealth Management Division until 2008 before moving into various senior management postions within the private sector for 7 years working on various projects and gained significant experience on a wide variety of corporates which ranged from small family owned corporates, to mid-market and large private equity owned or listed corporates. Liam is a Director and a Shareholder of Glenigo and is part of the underwriting committee.

Orla graduated in 2002 with a diploma in Business and Marketing from Portobello College Dublin. Having started her career in Citicorp, an American multinational investment bank and financial services corporation, Orla worked directly with the VP of Citicorp Dublin, looking after the administration for a number of their largest clients.

Orla continued her career in SEI Investments, who are a leading global provider of asset management, investment processing, and investment operations solutions for institutional and personal wealth management. Orla worked in hedge funds as their senior financial administrator providing clients with regular updates on FX rates, preparing reports for each client on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and ensured all client transactions were processed in a timely and efficient manner for a number of their clients who are world leading international companies. In the past number of years Orla has contributed to the establishment of a number of financial services companies that provide advice to all professions. Orla, along with Liam, established Glenigo in 2016 and is a Director and part of the underwriting committee.
